  Delaminating plated lap

  Has anyone had a problem with Lapcraft plated laps delaminating? I was using my 260 grit Lapcraft lap when it started vibrating. I was using low/medium speed in clockwise rotation. When I stopped the lap I noticed, what I would call, bubbling on the lap. The bubbles were soft to the touch.

  I have used Lapcraft laps on my Ultra-Tec V5-digital for over 2 years without any issue.

  I have attached a photo. Any discussion regarding lap problems would be appreciated.
