FVS Flash 8 Oval 1.37
I have Fred Van Sant’s set of Star Cuts and his collection of Extra Designs. I’ve been working on converting them all to digital using Gem Cut Studio, but I’m having difficulty with Flash 8 Oval – design #20 in the Extras collection. I’ve converted many of his designs successfully, but I can’t get this one to work and have no idea what I’m doing incorrectly. If anyone has Flash 8 Oval in .gem or .gcs, I’d really appreciate a copy of your work or advice on how to draw it correctly. Thanks!

Did you get it figured out? I translate many designs into GCS mainly because I like going through the cutter assistant with the design. I have found many ovals to require some sequencing finesse and/or the design assume you will be using the CAM method. If you would like, I could take a crack at it in GCS. ETCM.WILLIAMS@GMAIL.COM
