Sapphire By Arrow Profile 1st Gen
Hi I have acquired a 1st gen Sapphire by Arrow Profile Co.Im looking for a owners manual and a source for the quill update that changes it from a allen screw type to a collet type. Im also looking for any extra parts or spare parts anyone may want to sell. Any information at all would be greatly appreciated. I have cut 2 stones my very first and am saving for a better machine but it will be awhile.. Thanks Bob Alivetodaysofar@gmail.com

I know nothing about this machine, but the article on faceting machines in the Article Archive has an address and email for the company. I have no idea how old the contact information is.

Sorry, I thought you meant a machine made by Sapphire. The Sapphire model made by Arrow is different, of course. There are a bunch of companies named “Arrow.” But try this for starters:
