Be fair and only get them if you need them.
First person to say “dibs” gets them.
You pay the shipping (USPS Priority Small Flat Rate Box).

More stuff to come in various categories.
Cleaning up the studio and want to help my USFG colleagues.

i have made a replacement three part pan for my ultra tec. no more pulling down of rubber pan and the extreme mess. i have made a 3D printed pan that is easy to remove and uses two rings one full for regular cutting and one for 90 degree use.

Why make two separate rings on the splash bowl? Why not just a small piece to cover the slot for the girdle? It can be a simple piece that hangs over the edge like on a Facette, or since you’re designing it from the ground up it could slide into or around a notch you design on the edges girdle slot.

I’m wary of 3D printing splash bowls. 3D printed parts can leak if exposed to standing water, like if the drain clogs. Ruining a motor or motor controller isn’t worth the risk unless there’s no other option. If you make one for someone else, who’s responsible if it leaks? I would suggest sealing the bowl with a sealant to be safe.

I see you have a splash bowl any chance you might have a ferrule for inside the spindle? Joan

Does anyone know where I could get a dop chuck for an older Ultra Tec V2? This machine is a paper weight without it.

replacement parts are no longer made for the V2’s however if you need a part contact me as i’ve been a ultra tec user for 59 years and knew howard stanley and joe rubin. some parts i can make. i do not make the chucks but can make a quill shaft that take the dop like the V5 does.

Does UT still sell drive cones for the V2? Mine has been in storage for over 20 years – expecting a severe flat spot lol.

Yes they do. I bought one a year ago and they are still in the online store. They are a little pricey compared to the new style but he it’s just great to be able to get parts.
