As far as laps, I use a copper lap that I charge with a 600 grit diastik from Gearloose. I also use his polishes (oxides on Battstiks when possible, diamond for the hard stuff). I have a Darkside lap that I use sometimes, but I usually use a Dominatrix split lap–BATT lap on the outside for prepolish with 3K diamond, Matrix surface on the inside for polishing.

I guess I’m a bit of a Gearloose fanboy hahaha. But it works for me.
